- Implementing breadth initiative, identifying and sustaining key partner for each biz.
- Fixing of credit limits to the partners depending on the potential of the partner.
- keep track of competitors info, maintain contacts with competitors dealers market intelligence.
- Timely updation on the product/biz assigned.
- Maintaining healthy relation with partners.
- Clear communication to partner and timely response.
- Maintain good relation with vendor.
- Stock planning, keep a track on ageing inventory and focusing on the SKU’s to liquidate.
- Having knowledge on all statutory requirements, which will help in closing transactions.
- Timely bound closure of all pending commercial activities.
