SEO/SEM Analyst (Tolaram Group Company) based at Delhi Location (Dwarka).
Minimum of 3+ years of experience working with SEO & SEM; preferably from Business Directory or Local Search Engine sites
Experience in high volume traffic, searches & lead generation programs.
Clear understanding of SEO (search engine optimization), including on-page, technical, and off-page factors & ranking algorithm.
Self-motivated, with an ability to work individually on pre-assigned and tasks
Attention to detail and the ability to effectively multi-task in a deadline driven atmosphere.
Excellent analytical, organizational, project management and time management skills.
Should able to demonstrate previous work (keyword ranking, traffic, SEM result)

Complete understanding of online strategy & implement this into multi channel web marketing approach.
Implement end to end (onpage, offpage) SEO strategy for site. This includes administration optimizing dynamic XML sitemap, Microdata, Rss feeds, webmaster tools, keyword ranking, link building program etc
Provide recommendations and execute strategies for content creation and optimization in accordance with key performance indicators (KPIs)
Analyze website traffic and online visitor behavior to identify areas of opportunity for conversion improvement and keyword targeting.
Analyze the current traffic trends and Identify new analytics & SEO tools which will gives in-depth visibility to management.
Manage and optimize the existing internet marketing campaign components including keyword strategy, bid prices, cost per conversion, cost per click, etc.
Assist in reviewing Search Engine Marketing campaigns and optimizing under-performing listings
Create and manage online content and applications through A/B and multivariable testing to increase convert rate and decrease bound rate.
Create monthly PPC Reports with analysis of performance of campaigns along with recommendations for improvements.
Maintain and monitor keyword bids, account daily and monthly budget caps, impression share, quality score and other important account metrics.
Manage Display network placement lists on AdWords and through other contextual advertising platforms.
Provide recommendations and execute strategies for keyword opportunities, campaign structuring, targeting, display network, and other facets of paid search in accordance with company’s goals.
Implement in-depth PPC strategies such as DKI, remarketing, contextual targeting etc. Generate weekly and monthly reporting of various campaigns.
Create requirements and specifications for web developers with detailed explanation of required changes, new features and improvements needed for marketing efforts.
