This includes establishing targets, complete on-page optimization according to Google’ search engine algorithm and establishing effective external optimization strategies according to the latest Google updates.
- A proven track record backed by a strong portfolio is essentials.
- The ability to set clear campaign targets and monitor results using data from Google webmasters and other key software tools.
- Ability to create detailed monthly campaign performance reports which include statistical analysis, recommendations and executive summaries.
- Knowledge of all major tools utilized for SEO analysis including Google Analytics and SEOmoz.
- Proven track record of managing paid search campaigns.
- Google Adwords/Analytics certification will be advantageous.

- An excellent understanding of Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) for websites and landing pages.
- Being adept at using Microsoft excel and PowerPoint.
- Being comfortable liaising with and instructing junior SEO team members, web developers, and external content writers.
- Having excellent verbal and written English to effectively communicate and build relationships with high profile clients.
- Excellent analysis and critical reasoning ability.
- Excellent leadership and management skills.
- Must be a team player, yet, disruptive in approach.
