We are looking for Development Executive/Manager with 3+ years of exp. QUALIFICATION – BBA/MBA/PGDM/BCA/MCA.

Prepare and represent MPS for sales presentations to clients and partners.
Identifies, qualifies, develops and closes consulting/ services engagements with clients.
Setting aggressive monthly and quarterly goals set by the company and then meeting or exceeding those goals.
Create a prospecting or marketing plan utilizing continuous effort prioritization, lead development and management, call management, and appointment setting.
Engage in proposal and response writing, i.e. RFPs, RFQs, SOWs, etc. Ensure appropriate management of all aspects of the program, client, and vendor involvement throughout the life of the project.
Works on a professional and personal level to deepen relationships like appointment setting, increasing business commitments, networking at IT events, facilitated events, entertainment, social outings, and client appreciate events, etc.
Provide weekly sales report of funnel, pipeline and forecast.
Manage multiple Clients and changing priorities without any supervision.
The selected candidate will be responsible for creating reports and documents for his/her immediate supervisor(s), participate in new initiatives and supervise the assigned team members.
Creativity in crafting compelling selling points, win themes, and demonstrating company*s unique value to customers.
Must have a proven track record of consistently exceeding goals, targets and quota.
History of positive relationships with clients in National Capital Region.
Must have a proven track record of developing new business within existing and new accounts.
