Candidate should have excellent communication skills (Verbal and Written).

Bidding on portals like Elance.com, Guru.com.
Initial requirement gathering from customers through calls, skype, IMs and Emails.
Identifying Qualified projects/leads.
Coordinating with Project team to get estimations.
Regular follow ups with customers.
Upkeep of all ongoing sales activities in CRM.
Preparing proposals and Scope of Work.
Negotiating and closing deals.
Proposing solutions to the customers instantly.
Meeting monthly and quarterly targets.
